African American male with significant Male Pattern Baldness

34 year old African American with relatively advanced MPB was treated with 1900FU (many of the FU contained 3 or more hairs). There are multiple unique aspects in treating patients with very curly hair, most significantly, the dissection of the strip needs to be meticulously performed and is much more time consuming. The patient was very happy with the early results only 10 months later.
