Common Thinning in Temple Recessions

This 53 year old woman presented with moderate thinning in her temples and hairline region, which is frequently seen in peri-menopausal women. One session yielded a large number of grafts from her unusually large donor area (2062FU, 68 DFU) and these were distributed in her frontal region and temple recessions. The photos show the patient before surgery and the results 10 months later. She was very satisfied with the increased density.
