Early Male Pattern Baldness

This 32 year old male presented with early stage MPB. The entire frontal area was treated including the future areas of loss. The surgery consisted of a mixture of FU and DFU paying careful attention to the direction and angle of pre-existing hair, which was very unusual in this patient. The very natural appearance of the hair transplant is in part owing to this. It also protects the pre-existing hair from being lost permanently even in areas with a significant amount of hair prior to surgery.
