Female repair surgery

49 year old woman had one surgery with another HRS and was dissatisfied with the density and lack of cosmetic benefit. The donor area was average and the affected area of loss was relatively limited. One surgery of 1038FU and 76DFU was performed and the results are shown 20 months later. Female patients are advised that although some improvement may be noted at 6 – 9 months, full benefit from the surgery is best evaluated 12-18 months after surgery because both the caliber (coarseness) and length of the hair continues to improve over that period of time.
