The Correction of Mixed Punch Graft and FU

The patient is a 43 year old male who had two previous surgeries done by another surgeon. The growth from the surgeries was minimal, the appearance was quite unnatural, and there were significant donor scars. The corrective procedure performed by Dr. Unger included 1714FU (the donor scar was removed as part of the harvest, thus lowering the total yield). The results are shown just 9 months after his first repair surgery. A second procedure was performed to complete the correction frontally and cover further posterior in the recipient area.
