This 21 year old male was seen for his male pattern hair loss. The patient had already been on finasteride 1 mg for almost two years. He was eager to try PRP to see if it would help with his frontal hair loss. The usual warning regarding expectations was emphasized extra with this patient given his very anxious state of mind. Fortunately he had excellent results that started unusually early. Even two months after PRP some improvement was noted. The photo shows four months after PRP. He returns annually for repeat PRP to maintain the results. In addition, he continues on finasteride.
